Nanaimo Night in La Penita, Jan 19, 2014

Folks at Las Palmas Bungalows here in La Penita are mostly from Nanaimo and mostly from Departure Bay area. We were invited to their pot luck dinner by their poolside and I think thirty plus people showed up. Some retired teachers who know all the Nanaimo teachers I did my Masters with in San Diego were so welcoming.
Food was awesome, I always love the variety at potlucks. Lovely evening indeed.
