Apparently all school aged children are involved in Revolution Day parade in November so these little folks have their chance in the Spring parade, usually held on March 21 but today was the last day of school for Semana Santa, maybe that is why it is a few days early or maybe because of Palm Sunday parade being closer to March 21? Just guesses
