After our return from Mexico, Dave packed up the motorhome while I went to Edmonton for eleven days.
We reconnected at Shannons , had a wonderful overnight visit then head south. First afternoon and evening with my sister in Seattle and down to Portland Sunday afternoonw for the great Fabric Depot! WOW!
Still raining so continued south, at Medford Ore, rain stopped and evidence of overnight snow through all the passes, Canyon Creek Pass, Grants Pass and Siskisu Pass.
Just inside California border, stop at All Star..... Another ouch for the wallet but set for the season!
Monday night, frost on the windshield but cosy inside.
Next stop, the infamous Olive Pit in Corning.
Will continue down I-5 to San Francisco then take the number 1 down the coast to LA, have not done that road since 1982. Dave has some concern with me on the bluff side of Herbie but I promise to behave!
