San Jose and Monterey Bay

Bright and sunny morning as we head into the big town for lunch with Belinda and the evening with Caroline's family.

Yesterday was a big Wow! We spent five hours in the Monterey Bay Aquarium. We have seen numerous aquariums but this is the all time best! Could have spent another whole day there and still not have seen a fraction of it! Headed down the coast to Carmel then back to the 101 to spend the night in San LuisObispo. Tempted to go to Hearst Castle but did see it in 1982 so do not expect that much has changed.

From LA, we join frinends in Palm Springs for a few days. Hiking galore there and time for some good exercise.
